Returns

Can I make a return?

Yes, a 14-day processing time from the date we receive your order.
For your return to be accepted, the items must meet the following conditions:
-Unworn: The item must not have been worn or used
-In its original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with the labels.
-Unwashed: No product should have been washed.
-Intact label: The product label must still be attached and in good condition.
-Unstained: items must not be stained or have any odor (perfume, etc.)
IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns of worn, washed, damaged or untagged items.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges of items within 14 days of receiving the order .
The returned product must be in its original condition : unworn, unwashed, with the tag and in its original packaging.
In case of an error in the order or a defective product, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
For any other reason for exchange, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item requested in exchange is out of stock , a refund will be issued according to the terms of our return policy.
If the customer chooses an item of a different value, the difference will be credited or debited as appropriate.
Important: Damage resulting from misuse or improper maintenance of the product will not be considered for an exchange.

Delivery

The different delivery methods

Delivery in France 🇫🇷 :

We offer home and collection point delivery with GLS.

- GLS FlexDelivery home delivery: €8.95, delivered within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) - Free for orders over €150
- GLS delivery to a collection point: €4.95, delivered within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) - Free for orders over €120

92% of deliveries are made within 24 hours according to the delivery time map

⚠️ IMPORTANT : The choice of GLS collection point is made once the payment has been validated.
If no collection point is selected when preparing the order, the nearest collection point will be automatically assigned and cannot be changed.
Orders containing products weighing less than 100g (necklace, scarf, hair clip, etc.) are offered for delivery by tracked letter (La Poste).

Delivery to other countries (Europe) 🌍 :

Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain

- Home delivery only via GLS FlexDelivery: €12.90, delivered in 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) - Free for orders over €160

Delivery times

We do our best to ensure that orders are prepared and shipped within 24/72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 24 to 48 hours with the carrier GLS.
Delivery times may vary depending on the period (sales, holidays, etc.)
The delivery times are approximate. Madame Elégante cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Track your order

To track your orders:
- Go to the shipping confirmation email for your order.
- Click on the tracking link provided by our sender.
- You will be redirected to the sender's website where you can see the delivery status of your package in real time.
GLS will also inform you by email and SMS.

Delivery delay or problem
In case of delay, delivery problem or doubt concerning the delivery of the package, the customer is asked to contact us quickly so that we can find a solution.

Je n'ai pas pu récupérer mon colis

Dans le cas où vous ne récupérez pas votre colis, si vous savez avant sa livraison que vous ne pourrez pas le récupérer, nous vous demandons de nous en informer dès que possible. Seule cette situation permettra un remboursement de la commande sur votre moyen de paiement initial.

Si le colis a déjà été déposé en point relais ou à l'adresse de livraison demandée, ou s'il nous est retourné sans que nous ayons été informés au préalable, la commande sera remboursée sous la forme d'un avoir (hors frais de livraison) , utilisable sur notre boutique. Aucun remboursement sur votre compte bancaire ne sera effectué.

Si vous souhaitez que votre commande vous soit réexpédiée après son retour dans nos locaux, les frais de réexpédition seront entièrement à votre charge et devront être réglés avant le nouvel envoi.

Toutes les informations concernant la livraison sont transmises directement par GLS par e-mail et/ou SMS. Si vous avez le moindre doute concernant l'acheminement de votre colis ou sa mise à disposition, il vous appartient de nous contacter dans les plus brefs délais.

Le client est responsable du suivi de son colis et doit nous signaler toute difficulté dès qu'il en a connaissance. Le fait de ne pas avoir reçu de message de notre part ne peut pas justifier le non-retrait du colis, sauf si cela résulte d'une erreur de notre part concernant les coordonnées ou les informations de livraison.

Ces conditions sont mises en place car les colis non récupérés entraînent des frais de retour, une perte de temps, une immobilisation des produits ainsi qu'une perte de vente pour notre entreprise. Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension.

Knowing when an item is restocked

We offer to notify you when a product is back in stock with the "Notify me when restocked" button on each product page.
When the item in question is back in stock, you will receive an email at the address mentioned.
If the item is no longer available after receiving this email, you weren't quick enough!
