Delivery Method & Price

Delivery in France 🇫🇷 :

You have a choice between two carriers: GLS or Mondial Relay

  • GLS FlexDelivery home delivery: €8.95 delivered within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) - Free for orders over €150
  • GLS delivery to a collection point: €4.95, delivered within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) - Free for orders over €120
  • Delivery to a Mondial Relay collection point within 3 to 6 days (excluding weekends and public holidays): €4.95 - Free for orders over €120
⚠️ IMPORTANT : The choice of GLS collection point is made once the payment has been validated.
If no collection point is selected when preparing the order, the nearest collection point will be automatically assigned and cannot be changed.
Orders containing products weighing less than 100g (necklace, scarf, hair clip, etc.) are offered for delivery by tracked letter (La Poste).

Delivery to other countries (Europe):

Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain

  • Home delivery only via GLS FlexDelivery: €12.90, delivered in 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) - Free for orders over €160

Delivery times

We do our best to ensure that orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 24 to 48 hours with the carrier GLS or 2 to 6 days with the carrier Mondial Relay.
Delivery times depend on the carriers and may vary depending on the period (sales, holidays, etc.)
The delivery times are given as a guide only. In case of delay, Madame Elégante cannot be held responsible.

Track your order

To track your orders:
  • Go to the shipping confirmation email for your order.
  • Click on the tracking link provided by our sender.
  • You will be redirected to the sender's website where you can view the delivery status of your package in real time.
If you have chosen GLS as your carrier, you will also be notified by email and SMS.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your order. We're here to help!

Information

- Please ensure that your address is correct. In case of error, Madame Élégante cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery.
- If your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. Investigations can take up to 30 days.
If the package remains untraceable despite this investigation, we will offer either to resend the order or to provide a full refund, in accordance with the law.

If, at the end of the investigation, the carrier confirms that the package has been delivered (proof provided), Madame Élégante cannot be held responsible and no reshipment or refund will be made.
- In the event of an exceptional product shortage, shipment may be delayed. You will be notified by email.

- If your package arrives damaged, refuse it and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- In case of absence, the package can be left at a relay point or redelivered depending on the carrier.
Delivery times may be extended in exceptional circumstances (strikes, demonstrations, bad weather or logistical disruptions). These delays, beyond our control, cannot be attributed to Madame Élégante.

Returns

At Madame Elégante , we want your shopping experience to be as satisfying as possible. If, however, an item doesn't suit you, you can return it to us.
In accordance with Article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, we inform you of your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds for purchases made remotely.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it , subject to certain conditions. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

CHRISTMAS PRODUCT RETURNS

Returns of items from the "Christmas and Holidays 🎄" collection are accepted only if we receive them before December 24th. Any return received after this date will be refused and returned to the sender (at their expense).

RETURNS OF SALE OR PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Returns of sale or promotional items are accepted for exchange only and are not eligible for a refund. Returns must be made within 14 days of the day after the order is received.

1. Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the items must meet the following conditions:
-Unworn: The item must not have been worn or used
-In its original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with the labels.
-Unwashed: No product should have been washed.
-Intact label: The product label must still be attached and in good condition.
-Unstained: items must not be stained or have any odor (perfume, etc.)
IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns of worn, washed, damaged or untagged items.

2. Return Fees

How much does a return cost?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for the return process, which must be carried out via La Poste Colissimo.
In the event of a delivery delay, if the package arrives after the scheduled date, returns related to this delay will not be accepted. Any reshipment requested in this case will be at the customer's expense.

3. Return Procedure

a. Complete the online form:
To return an item, please complete the online return form below (step 4).
Once the form is submitted, if we validate your return, you will receive by email the address to return the product as well as the paper withdrawal form .
b. Complete the paper withdrawal form (which must be included in the package):
Print and fill out the return form received by email, then slip it into your package.
Please fill out and include the return form in your package to ensure prompt identification of your request and efficient processing of your refund.
c. Generate your return label
Complete the process directly on the La Poste website to generate the return label.

d. Print the return label:
  • Once you receive the label, print it and place it on your return package.
  • Make sure the returned item is properly packaged in its original packaging with the label and the return form.
e. Return the item:
Drop off your parcel at a post office.

Warning: In case of loss of the package during return shipping, we cannot be held responsible.

5. Reimbursement

As soon as we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the order. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
For all accepted returns, only the price paid for the item will be refunded (even if a promotion or discount was applied). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us at contact@madame-elegante.com , providing the following information:
- A photo of the damaged product

- Your order number

- Your Name, Surname
After analysis, in accordance with articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code on the guarantee you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery costs, in the event of non-conformity of the product.

The return of the item will be at Madame Elégante 's expense and all information will be provided by email.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges of items within 14 days of receiving the order .
The returned product must be in its original condition : unworn, unwashed, with the tag and in its original packaging.
In case of an error in the order or a defective product, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
For any other reason for exchange, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item requested in exchange is out of stock , a refund will be issued according to the terms of our return policy.
If the customer chooses an item of a different value, the difference will be credited or debited as appropriate.
Important: Damage resulting from misuse or improper maintenance of the product will not be considered for an exchange.
