Madame Elégante offers women's clothing, jewelry, and accessories for sale through its website. These items are available for sale while supplies last.

Prices and Payment Methods
Prices displayed on the site are in euros, all taxes included (TTC), VAT at the current rate. Delivery costs are added at the time of order confirmation.
Payment can be made by credit card or Apple Pay.
Orders are confirmed upon payment validation by SASU Madame Elégante, VAT FR67999272743, represented by its president Emma Lelou.

Delivery
Products are shipped via GLS.
Delivery times vary depending on your location (24 hours to 6 business days for international packages).
Delivery costs are calculated during order confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tag intact). Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product.
Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the order, after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
Defective Products
In case of a defective or non-conforming product, you must contact us at contact@madame-elegante.com with photos of the product and your order number. We will proceed with the exchange or refund of the defective products, including delivery costs.
Liability
Madame Elégante undertakes to make its best efforts to provide quality products and deliver within the indicated deadlines. However, we cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, delivery errors attributable to the carrier, or any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to cases of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, service interruptions, etc.).
