Prices and Payment Terms

The prices displayed on the website are in euros, inclusive of all taxes, with the note "VAT not applicable ". Due to the micro-enterprise status (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), delivery charges are added at the time of order confirmation.
Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
Orders are confirmed upon payment validation.

Delivery

Products are shipped in France via GLS (to your home or a collection point) or Mondial Relay (collection point) or La Poste tracked letter (to your home) and in Belgium via GLS (home delivery only).
Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method (3-6 working days for Mondial Relay and 24 to 48 hours for GLS).

Delivery costs are calculated when the order is confirmed.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tag intact). Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product.
The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order, after receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Defective Products

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, you must contact us at contact@madame-elegante.com with photos of the product and your order number. We will then exchange or refund the defective products, including delivery charges.
