Delivery & Returns
At Madame Élégante, we want your shopping experience to be as satisfactory as possible. However, if an item does not suit you, you may return it to us.
In accordance with articles L221-18, L221-23 and L221-5 of the Consumer Code, we inform you of your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds for purchases made remotely.
You have a period of 14 days from the day after you receive your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, under certain conditions.
Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.
Once your decision to withdraw has been communicated solely via the form on our website, you have a new period of 14 days to return the item to us, in accordance with article L221-23 of the Consumer Code.
The item must be shipped within this 14-day period following your request for withdrawal.

For orders delivered in France.
🇪🇺 Other European countries
For orders delivered to the following countries:
Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Luxembourg, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czechia and Greece.
